Puzzle Engine grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the puzzles you generate for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) puzzle books
• Print books and activity books
• Educational worksheets and materials
• Digital products and downloads
• Personal use and gifts

What You Can Do

• Generate unlimited puzzles at no cost
• Sell puzzles in books, PDFs, or other formats
• Use puzzles in commercial products
• Modify puzzles as needed for your use case
• Distribute puzzles without attribution

What You Cannot Do

• Resell or redistribute the Puzzle Engine website or source code
• Claim ownership of the Puzzle Engine brand or tool itself
• Remove watermarks or branding from the website
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws

No Warranty

Puzzle Engine is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Puzzle Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
